A directory for the garden-curious

Find a little more green.

Gardenhopping is a simple place to start looking for public gardens, arboreta, and other green spaces worth a slow afternoon.

We keep the directory intentionally useful: a garden’s name, place, own website, and a small amount of context when it is available. The garden itself remains the best source for current visitor information.

How to use the guide

Browse by state when you know where you are going.
Search by garden, city, or state when you are still deciding.
Open the garden’s own website before you go.
